Sly Cooper fanarts!!

In light of the release of the newest Sly Cooper game (which I will review once I've sorted out my....conflicted feelings about it >_<), here's some fanart ideas I've been sitting on for a while and finally decided to put to paper. And because I suck at drawing anthro characters because I wanted to challenge myself artistically, I humanized them.

The first thing I scribbled was a scene from the third game. This was mainly an excuse to play with character colors (which is why the background isn't done)

And here's the scene it's cribbed from

Next up, some doodles of my favorite ship, Bentley&Penelope

...yes, my favorite ship involves a disabled turtle and a mouse girl. Trust me, it actually works very well in Sly Cooper 3 (yay for romantic wheelchair rides into the sunset).

And, because they're the token tech nerds of the franchise, their romance involves meeting online and exchanging "exaggerated" profile pics.
And here's my practice color scribbles for Bentley. I probably should have made him look dorkier. But this design is more fun to draw

Sly Cooper doodles
...I'm still torn on whether or not he should have a goatee. :P

Sketches of random characters from the series. These were scribbled on a lunch break without any access to reference pics. So that's why they kinda suck. :P

Next up is Carmelita Montoya Fox (aka the Batman to Sly's Catwoman. The Zenigata to his Lupin. Etc Etc....).

I adored Carmelita's design in the first three games.

Yeah, the corset top was stupid and totally not appropriate police attire. But it wasn't that bad and at least the original games had the good sense to outfit her in a turtleneck when she wandered into cold places like the snowy mountains of Canada.
Sadly, the recent forth installment decided to starve her half to death and deprive her of any adequate/practical clothing because I guess male gamers just didn't have enough to fap to already.

She wears this outfit in an arctic level in the recent game. A GODDAM ARCTIC LEVEL!!!
That's it for now. I just wanted to make a happy Sly Cooper post before I tried reviewing the newest one. I HIGHLY recommend the first 3 games to anyone who loves a fun platformer and wants to play something that feels like one of the great adventure cartoons from the Disney Afternoon.
