My awesome scooby_doo co-mod dj_rocca just got engaged. Since I wont be able to see her in person and give her a big hug, I did this to celebrate!!

So, it turns out that a bunch of new episodes of Mystery Incorporated aired in Canada over the past couple of months while the USA got a six month hiatus. We just didn't know about it because, apparently, Canadians have more respect for copyright law than we do and they didn't put anything online. Go fig.

Anyhoo, I couldn't stop myself from watching because this show is slowly turning me into a masochist they were right there on YouTube. So I did reviews/talkbacks of the leaked episodes for the scooby_doo  comm I moderate. I thought I'd cross-post them here since I know quite a few people on my friend list have become enamored with this train wreck of a show via my venom-laced comics (like this, this, this, and this). Enjoy!

I swear to G-d, this is a real Captain Planet screen shot (here's proof. Just skip to 2:15)! Velma and Shaggy really did make a background appearance in a Captain Planet episode about inner city gang violence. I'll give you a minute to let that sink in....

-Velma: OK, Shaggy. We've influtrated the Planeteers' HQ. Now we just need to find proof that they blew up the Mystery Machine and burned down my school's science lab!
-Shaggy: Are you, like, sure they're guilty?
-Velma: Those dirty hippies have been sending my lab threatening letters all week! And they kept bugging Fred to replace our van with a Prius right before it blew up!
-Shaggy: Uh, the term "dirty hippie" is kinda mean, don't you thi-
-Velma: And Fred told me that they also kidnapped Scooby Doo and released him into the Amazon jungle.
-Shaggy: THEY WHAT!?!!??
-Velma: They said they were "releasing him from human enslavement". Fred and Daphne are trying to track him down now. Didn't you wonder why they weren't with us?
-Shaggy: DAMN DIRTY HIPPIES!!! &%&$#@!!!!
