I didn't think about it, but you're right. She does look unusually young here.
However, as much as I like the idea of Velma getting revenge on Bruce, I think it would be far more in character for SCOOBY to hold a grudge and go after him (I doubt he'd ever get over the fact that the little punk made her cry and then tried to physically intimidate her). XD

Yeah, but you know the saying "still waters run deep"? :) That would be VERY true with Velma (Now Museum, Now You Don't and A Terrifying Round With A Menacing Metallic Clown plus the skateboard gag).
