Dude. This makes me think of the Super Mario World manga where Luigi is always, ALWAYS stuck wearing the female outfit. Female nurse, Peach with a flu mask... yeah. XD
Though, I suppose Pokemon's Team Rocket is a more recent example, since James is almost always stuck with the female outfit. I don't think I need to bring up the "inflatable swimsuit" episode... :P

James' drag queen outfits were one of my favorite parts of the show. It's too bad 4-Kids was too prudish to give us the "inflatable boobies" scene. XD
