I apologize if these comics are becoming redundant and/or annoying. But Mystery Incorporated lead me on and then burned me big time. So please indulge me here.

This comic was started as a way to "celebrate" Mystery Incorporated returning from it's ridiculously long hiatus on January 31st. But Cartoon Network recently took the new episode (Mystery Solvers' State Finals) off their programming schedule. So, uh, I guess this is just yet another "vent about Shaggy, Velma, and Scooby's character assassinations just because I can" comic. Enjoy!

I think this pretty much describes the series thus far in a nutshell, don't you?

I want to see episode 14 of Mystery Incorporated mainly because the storyline sounds ridiculously awesome/hilarious. For those who don't know, a director confirmed that episode 14 would feature the Scooby kids competing with the Jabber Jaw, Speed Buggy, and Captain Caveman kids in a mystery solving competition. I'm gonna watch it and just pray that they focus on the trippiness of the original Meddling Kids competing with their knock-offs and that the relationship "drama" is non-existent. And maybe I'll continue watching if this episode resolves the Scooby/Velma bullsh*t once and for all.

*sigh* Not gonna lie. I'm still holding on to the small shred of hope that this prediction I made a few months ago comes true. If the show ended that way, I could go back to loving it again. :(

OK, the final Scooby pose/saying made me crack up. It's amazing to see how you're growing as an artist too.

Aw, thanks. You're making me blush. ^_^

But, I have to admit, I always have a few reference pictures handy whenever I draw Scooby Doo. I used a reference pic of Scooby sitting down to get his body right in the last panel (but I'm proud to say that the offensive paw gesture was all me LOL).

I'm not good at drawing animals and Scooby's design is especially hard to nail down (mainly because it's in this weird middle ground between anthropomorphic and realistic).
