California SUCKS!!!

Its a beautiful place. And 99% of my family is here. But, yeah, it does suck. I'd go on, but this guy articulates it so much better....

I've met more than a few displaced Californians in my time, one being a friend who only moved up here 'temporarily' but then couldn't save up enough money to afford the cost of living down there again. She's decided to stick around Washington for now. Still, that's pretty awful that California is depicted as a wonderful place to be, but nothing is said on the high cost of living, among other things. I was hoping to intern down in California since that's where most of the entertainment business is, but again, it would be so expensive... (Not that Washington is ahead of California. We're a sinking ship as well.)

I wish the guy had actually talked to the Governator instead of using sound clips from movies. :P

I never realized how expensive California is until I moved out of my parents house last year (it was the first time I had ever been to another state). I couldn't believe how cheap rent was in the nice neighborhoods in Denver!

I've thought about leaving California to find work (my search for a full time job isn't going very well), but 99.9% of my friends and family are here and I would hate to be all alone in a strange new place again.


It would be cool if he had interviewed the Governator for real. But this guy always does silly videos, so I doubt Kindergarten Cop would give him the time of day. :P
