24) Favorite Gourry outfit/disguise
The mermaid outfit Amelia forced him into in that one episode in TRY where she promoted bestiality. Because it's hilarious AND he looks surprisingly good in it.

This one. Because just...damn....

His Femille disguise. Because it turns out he looks better as a chick.





27) Favorite Magical Item (Sword of Light, Soul Jar, Lina's talismans, etc)
The sword of light. I don't care that it's a shameless rip off of the Star Wars light saber. It's freakin' cool!




28) Favorite Mazoku Design
None of the monster designs impressed me all that much. But Xellos' black cone gets points for originality!


29) If you lived in the Slayers world, where would you live?

Tough call. Seyruun seems to be the obvious choice. However, aside from Amelia and Phil, their royal family is pretty messed up. I hate to say it; but it's only a matter of time before some crazy uncle stages a bloody coup and changes Prince Phil's idyllic kingdom into a magical dictatorship.

So I think I'd probably choose Atlus City. It seems more advanced than all the little medieval villages in that universe (so I'm more likely to find a house with cool stuff like indoor plumbing) and, aside from the wonky magic guild, their government seems relatively stable.


30) Do you hope there will be another new season?

YES! YES! YES!
However, if it happens, I'd like it to happen before most of the voice actors (in ALL the dubs) have retired. If they wait too long, they'd have to start over with a total reboot and I'm too attached to the original to get excited by a brand new series with a different creative team and/or cast.

In my perfect world, Japan would crank out either a new season or a couple of OVAs that cover all the novel stories that were never animated. Mainly the Luke and Millina story arc. Since that would allow English speakers like me a chance to see Luke and Millina in action without having to read a manga drawn by a man who has no idea how breasts work.
