I had a DVD of SD: Where Are You (season 3) playing in the background as I did some homework. And I noticed something while I was marathonning the episodes.....Shaggy has odd taste in sleepwear.

Seriously, he wears those things to bed even in the modern incarnations. It's funny (and kinda cute), but he's gonna have to hang them up for good if he ever wants to get laid. XD

Maybe he'll have better luck with boxer shorts....

I don't know how I missed this.

Shaggy's not the first modern character I have seen to wear that outfit, but it is odd. Maybe animators just find it fun/simple to draw?

Personally, I see Shaggy either wearing tie-dye pjs or at least pjs with hamburger prints on them. Velma looks cute in this. ^_^

I posted a few things back when you got distracted by real life for a little while. :)

My guess is that it's just a running joke for him to have ugly/goofy pajamas. That day, I just happened to see it in 2 different episodes (and one or two of my comics) and my first thought was "that's the most unsexy sleep wear EVER". LOL
