Stuck in a rut
Jul. 1st, 2009 11:39 amGood News: I got my old restaurant job back a while ago. Its not full time, but its income!
Bad News: I'm a little worried I'll get into a comfortable rut (which was part of the reason I left home in the first place). I want to help my parents financially. But before I moved out we got stuck in a bad co-dependency where I got the comforts of living at home and they got the benefits of extra petty cash always being handy.
I hope the California job market perks up soon. Some people have suggested that I look to CraigsList for employment. But there's no way in hell I'm doing that after all the CraigsList-related horror stories I've seen on the news. O_o
