Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers is getting a new comic series!!

I guess this scene from Darkwing issue#3 was foreshadowing...

....wouldn't it be neat if they shared the same universe? ~_^
Oh, and Gadget has no right to get snotty with Launchpad. Her track record isn't much better than his. XD

Wow. I had a feeling Boom would take on another Disney Afternoon property when Darkwing started selling like hotcakes. But I never imagined Rescue Rangers would be the first. I LOVE the Rescue Rangers and I think the series will make a good comic; but it was never quite as popular or "epic" as other shows, so I didn't think it would ever get one. I'm so glad to be proven wrong!

If Boom makes a Talespin series and picks up the Gargoyles comic where SLG left off, it'll officially be the most awesome comic book company EVER!

That's awesome! Maybe they were testing the waters to see how many people would respond to the Gadget appearance.

But agreed, now we just need Tailspin, Gargoyles and maybe Gummi Bears too. XD

Wow, nostalgia really can be profitable! That's really cool! Rescue Rangers was my favorite of the Disney Afternoon cartoons (note: those based on already existing Disney characters), I still have a soft spot for Dale. I'll be curious to see how well a comic would sell! And I also hope I have a job by December so I can possibly check it out for myself...

(Launchpad continues to amuse and delight me. He's got to be the best new character to come from Ducktales!)

I am curious about the future of the Gargoyles comic. I'd hope if nothing else, Disney would play nicer with SLG in regard to how much Disney charges for character usage. I'm still bummed it ended too quickly, but I'm also glad everyone who worked on the comic made it a point to wrap up the comic arc anyway.
