Sketchbook, Part 3: Comic geekery

I'll open with a comic I'm hoping to make into a series about all the colorful types of people you meet at a con:

-Shy Stalker: You meet a LOT of these when you cosplay. They can be girls, too. But 9 times out of 10 they're boys. The behavior seems creepy; but most Shy Stalkers are just PAINFULLY socially awkward.

-Loud Panel Guy: There's always at least one at every panel. This comic was inspired by a dude I had the misfortune of sitting next to when I went to The Gathering of the Gargoyles. He talked back to the panelists (even though they clearly couldn't hear him), shouted dopey jokes/commentary/praise in response to EVERYTHING Weisman&Co said, and did loud, annoying cheers throughout the whole panel.

There's no story behind this one. I just felt like drawing Wonder Woman. I tried to make her look like her New Frontier incarnation because New Frontier has my favorite Wonder Woman design (instead of looking like a cosplaying supermodel, she actually has a stocky build and looks like she could kick anyone's ass).

COSPLAY COUPLES:
I love seeing couples cosplay together at cons! All of my con-going pals who've had boyfriends/girlfriends have done it and, one day, I hope to find a special dorky guy who'll dress up with me, too.
**dreamy sigh**

This drawing is based on a real couple I met at San Diego Comic Con. Sadly, I didn't have my camera handy when they passed by me, but I never forgot them.

I'm trying to keep fanart to a minimum in this sketchbook because I want to challenge myself and do more original stuff. But these two just refuse to stay out of my head lately:
