Yeah, sometimes I wonder if kids like my cousin's little boy would have thought twice before picking up a gun if they'd been exposed to cartoons like that. So many lives could have been saved..like my cousin's husband. -_- Pretending the problem doesn't exist doesn't make the problem go away! And not finding a way to educate our kids that guns have the potential to kill is just foolish.

Disney crumpled badly during the Politically Correct era (which is gradually going away). They edited a lot of their older cartoons as well. I can understand why since people are always looking for cannon fodder against Disney, but it's just disappointing.
